Loss of green belt area which is important to maintain, loss of wildlife, loss of trees;
The Cottingley area is already very busy with traffic and there is a lot of traffic passing through,
further housing developments will add to this and affect our area.
Will also worsen air quality and create more noise.
More traffic will affect access to the local schools and be a risk to our children.
