I object to the proposed development at Carr Bank, KY15/H, on the grounds that it is on

1 Green Belt land, against protecting local farmland and preserving our natural world

2 The boundary of the build indicates that housing will come very close to my property albeit separated by the beck.

3. The outlook from my house overlooks lots of wild life, including, bats, hedgehogs, wood peckers, and lots of little nesting hedgerow birds which will be greatly disturbed by the proposed build.

4. The impact of increased traffic especially using the canal bridge on Swine Lane, which is already showing strain, and the increase of heavy duty commercial HGV's on a single lane will add to the increase of CO2 against maintaining clean air,

5 This coupled with the proposed incinerator will have a negative impact on the health of the local community and contribute to climate change
