I object to this for numerous reasons, here I outline afew below:
Firstly this will certainly cause many problems for the residents of cottingley, namely the sheer amount of treaffic which is already a big enough hassle as it is. For example, It is already very difficult for parents to drop and pick up children at cottingley village primary school.

Moreover, this is set to endanger the lives of precious species of birds by having the drainage plan to pump water into the beck.
There will also be increased flood damage to existing properties and this could have dire consequences as many of these properties are already susceptible to flooding as seen in the past, namely the 'storm Ciara' floods which caused immense damage.

There are more reasons however I do not have the space to elaborate on these.
